- Invisalign first with molars expanded first then C's, D's and E's
- Space created then refined to capture the UR2 which came in ectopically
- The UL2 came in slower and we will refine if need be to capture and align it
- When the delivery of the initial aligners was to occur, the LLB had not exfoliated. I placed an elastic around it and it fell out in 2 weeks.
- The patient then began with aligner 3 on the lower and upper and great expansion in the lower arch was achieved
