Treatment planning
- Step 1: Consultation and Diagnosis: Documentation of initial images and iTero scan was taken.
- Step 2: Smile designing: Mockup was designed to determine the length of teeth and vertical height and was scanned to aid in fabrication of final restoration
- Step 3: Temporary restoration: Temporary PMMA restoration was designed using exocad software and lower temporary occlusal table was cemented.
- Step 4: Teeth preparation: 4 weeks later patient returned for upper and lower teeth preparation of #15, #14, #13, #12, #11, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25, #26,#31, #32, #33, #34 ,#35, #41, #42, #43, #44 and #45
- Step 5: Final restoration: Try in and cementation of veneers on #13 to #23 and #33 to #43, and veneerlay was cemented on teeth #14, #15, #25, #34#35, #44 and #45.
- Crowns were cemented on #24 and #26, occlusal onlay on #37 and implant supported crown on #16 and #26 were cemented followed by minor occlusal adjustments. Later, on the next visit, follow-up and final occlusal adjustment was done.
