Appointment 1 : Root canal therapy for 36.
Appointment 2 : Pre Op scan, tooth preparation, scan of the prepared tooth, temporary onlay.
Appointment 3 : Removal of the temporary, trial of final, and fit of the onlay. Onlay etched with hydrofluoric acid and treated with monobond N. Tooth isolated, enamel etched with orthophosphoric acid, enamel, and dentin treated with Multilink Primer A+B, fit with Multilink clear dual-cure cement.
Occlusion rechecked.

The digital workflow, from start to finish, including the milling of the onlay, resulted in a finished restoration with prefect fit and contacts both proximal and occlusal. Thus eliminating any need for chairside adjustment.
