The results achieved were based on :
- Distalization mechanics on the maxillary arch combined with slight mesial movement of teeth quadrant 4;
- Anterior maxillary, as well as mandibular teeth, were initially proclined and then intruded and retroclined;
- IPR (Interproximal reduction) was planned to help with correction of crowding as well as arch asymmetry;
- A larger amount of IPR was planed on quadrant 3 to help in the correction of lower midline deviation;
- Class II elastics were used for 16 hs / daily.
