- Chief complaint of the patient was high canine and crowding.
- Treatment with upper posterior teeth distalization for making space to align the teeth and correct molar relationship was planned.
- During the first set of treatments, the #1.3 teeth did not extrude properly, in spite of regaining enough space. Therefore, additional aligners were ordered at an early timing (at the 10th aligner).
- After finishing the second set, the crowding was solved and good arrangement and midline coincidence were achieved. Treatment was done without wearing elastics.
- The third set for the detailing - tight posterior teeth occlusion - did a great job.
- This patient's complaint of high canine has been solved, he and his parents were very satisfied with the results.
