- This 12 y/o male patient presented with Class II , low MPA with increased overjet (6.2 mm)and deepened overbite(4.4 mm).
- Invisalign mandibular advancement MA feature was applied after a short phase of arch development .
- 2 steps of mandibular jump were applied and vertical elastics in additional aligner stage were used for bite settling.
- Satisfactory esthetic and functional results were achieved in 24 months.
