- Patient has a Class II onthe left side and a midline deviation, we decided to improve the canine relationship and midline with posterior IPR and elastics, in order to use less elastics during the day and have a shorter treatment time.
- We used posterior and anterior IPR in order to gain space without expansion for a better future stability.
