- Initial aligners 2 weeks then 10 days. Additional aligners 1 week

- Functional canine guidance on both sides
- Anterior crossbite corrected
- Normal overjet and overbite achieved

- Initial set of aligners were changed at 2 week intervals for 6 months, then switched to 10 rotations for each aligner after (32 of 44 were used)
- Uitlization of mandibular bicuspid to bicuspid IPR and Class III elastics with buttons attached to maxillary first molars and mandibular canines with 3/16" 4.5 oz elastics; used 32 of 44 planned aligners
- Second set of "additional aligners" were placed, microosteoperforations were utilized once in maxillary incisors and canines and aligners changed at weekly intervals
- Later we switched to 3/16" 2 oz. elastics
