- To improve the open bite we aligned and coordinated the arches, which proved to be very effective
- The initial treatment plan aimed at mandibular advancement to improve Class II
- The rotations solved the occlusal interference
- To further improve Class II we used sequential distalization in the additional aligners
- We continued using Class II elastics (3/16 inch, 4.5 or 6.5 OZ) from stage 1 in the additional aligners
