코멘트
- This is a Class II div 1 malocclusion with deep bite and large overjet case
- The patient's chief complaint was her protrusive profile and she wanted to close the space of the 1.5
- Normally we would extract the 1.4 and 2.4 with the use of maximal anchorage for anterior retraction but, in this case, we extracted 1.5, 2.5, 3.4 and 4.4 due to the poor condition of these teeth
- With a carefully planned ClinCheck design and good patient compliance we were able to achieve good results in both the occlusion and profile.
