The patient presented with esthetic complaints and a Class 2 Div II deep bite. Before veneers, we decided to reduce the deep bite and correct crowding to increase the longevity of restorations.
We conducted the orthodontic treatment with Invisalign clear aligners - 3 sets of aligners were used, with a total of 65 pairs of aligners for the full treatment.
Veneers & crowns with minimal preparations were placed after the orthodontic treatment.
The implant crown on #16 was replaced because it was placed too lingual and the color was too yellow for patients' liking.
