- To create a correct overbite we extruded upper and lower anterior teeth
- We achieved Class I Molar and Canine with the use of distalization of the upper arch
- We corrected Bolton discrepancy and increased the overjet with the help of IPR
- Upper midline correction of 2 mm to the patient´s left, both midlines coincide
- Class II with open bite was treated successfully with Invisalign we find that this is the best orthodontic system for vertical control
