Treatment planning

  • Appointment 1: The patient was referred for fabrication of crowns on the implant with respect to tooth #16, #26 and #36. The healing abutments were removed and replaced by scan bodies for performing iTero scan and scan bodies were replaced by the healing abutments post iTero scan.
  • Appointment 2: Healing abutments were removed followed by seating of crowns with respect to tooth #16, #26 and #36 and occlusion and fitting of the crowns were checked using the panoramic x-ray and Arti-Fol (12 microns). The implant abutment screw holes were filled using TPE tape and resin composite material.

Comments

The panoramic x-ray was taken to evaluate an implant and bone.
