Comments
Dental history: The patient suffered from chronic generalized periodontitis and lost three first molars many years ago. The edentulous spaces were partially closed by the adjacent teeth.
Treatment plan: The first step was Invisalign treatment as tissue friendly and comfortable orthodontic treatment option, especially for periodontally compromised patients. It was followed by placing implants and implant-supported crowns on #16, #36, and #46 and a crown on #17
