Appointment 1: Consultation, full mouth examination followed by iTero scans for digital wax-up and Digital Smile Design with exocad
Appointment 2: Trial of the mock-up, the shape of temporary veneers was adjusted
Appointment 3: Teeth preparation of #13, #12, #11, #21, #22 and #23 followed by an iTero scan
Appointment 4: Cementation of crowns on #21 and #22. Veneers were cemented on #13, #12, #11 and #23
Appointment 5: Follow-up to check the fit
Comments
This patient presented with unsatisfactory upper anterior restorations.
The underlying defects were revealed by iTero 5D scan. After a discussion with the patient,
4 ceramic veneers and 2 zirconia crowns were placed in order to change the shape and color of anterior teeth.
Satisfactory esthetic results were achieved.
