- We created enough overjet for closing space on the 1.1 and 2.1 by performing IPR on the lower anterior teeth during the 1st stage
- We intruded the lower anterior teeth to level the lower arch curve of Spee
- For aesthetic concern, gingivectomy at the upper 3's was performed for longer clinical crown
- Upper labial frenectomy was performed to achieve a better smile pattern and avoid relapse of diastema
