- The patient had a class II due to mandibular retraction

- In orthodontic treatment, I performed IPR on lower incisors to align and gain normal overjet to expand the mandible
- In addition, the impact on the maxilla, made us gain more overjet to expand the mandible and rotate counterclockwise
- I used Class III elastic on both sides to make lower incisor movements more predictable
