Chief Concern

  • Correction of anterior cross bite without need of surgery to relieve CMD problems

Diagnostic Summary

  • Right side molar Class I and Right side Canine Cl III due to previous premolar extraction
  • Left side molar and canine Cl II due to previous premolar extraction
  • Anterior crossbite at  2.2 (UL2)
  • Mandibular midline deviation to left 3 mms

Treatment Plan and ClinCheck Analysis

  • Obtain a molar Class I relationship on both side, a class I canine relationship on right side and canine class II relationship on left side
  • Correction of crossbite
  • Align arches
  • Extraction of 4.4 (LR4)  before impression to create space
  • Shift mandibular midline to right 2 mms

    • Pre-PVS IPR
    • Pre-PVS Extraction
    • Power Ridge Feature on the 2.2(UL2)
