Comments
Upper left molar distalization was performed to reach left side class I and correct midline. I used class II elstic traction to correct class II to class I and provide anchorage for upper molar distalization. Intrude lower ant teeth to level curve of Spee. Finally. addition aligners were performed for detailing and finishing.
