Comments
- No space for tooth 1.3, obtained the necessary space via IPR and expansion
- Used class II elastic on the right and left to improve the class I ratio and have a better fit on both sides
- At the end of the first set of aligners, had a 1.3 tooth rotation due to the use of the Class II elastic. I had to correct this in the refinement
- In the lower arch, used expansion and vestibularization to correct crowding and tooth rotation 4.3
