Comments

The expansion has been key in this treatment to obtain harmonic arches and a more aesthetic smile, this allowed to fix the crowding. We made upper incisor intrusion to fix the overbite. Bilateral and symmetrical posterior contacts were obtained to improve the patient's occlusal stability. The aesthetic objectives requested by the patient at the start of treatment were met.
