Comments
Patient had upper and lower dental crowding and midline deviation. Both were corrected using asymmetric IPR.
The second molars were not moved for better anchorage and stability control. There was an inclination of the occlusal plane, which was corrected with dental camouflage with extrusion of the anterior teeth on the left side and intrusion of the anterior teeth on the right side. A larger extrusion of teeth 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 was planned, which was later corrected with an ameloplasty. Patient was happy with the treatment finished in the first sequence of aligners.
