Comments
The case had a class II on the right side. I needed to correct class II and for that, I did a sequential distalization to have predictability. To ensure that I do not lose anchorage, insert a mini implant between 2.4 and 2.6, as soon as I have finished the 2.6 distalization movement. Another interesting thing was the use of class II elastic to further increase anchorage and assist in distalization.
I did lower IPR to move the lower midline slightly to the patient's right. Finally, I moved the anterior teeth to the patient's left and corrected the upper midline and the overjet
