Comments
- Space was created for eruption and alignment of the upper permanent canines into the upper arch through sequential distalisation of the upper posterior teeth.
- Class 2 elastics were worn to reinforce the anchorage on the anterior teeth and prevent proclination of the incisors.
- The overbite was improved through relative intrusion of the lower incisors and an optimal leveled Curve of Spee was obtained.
- Judicious interproximal enamel reduction was performed during the Additional Aligners stage on the upper left side in order to allow for shift of the upper midline towards coordination with the lower midline.
