Debido a la asimetría esquelética había compensaciones dentales. He comprimido el cuarto cuadrante que estaba hiperexpandido ayudándome del IPR en la fase previa de la cirugía ortognática. Después de la cirugía me he anclado en microimplantes inferiores para conseguir la extrusión de 13 y 23, corregir la clase II y la mordida abierta anterior.
- Due to skeletal asymmetry, there were dental compensations.
- I compressed the fourth quadrant which was hyperexpanded with help of the IPR in the previous phase of the orthognathic surgery.
- After the surgery, I anchored lower micro-implants to achieve the extrusion of 13 and 23, correct the class II and the anterior open bite.
