Comments

  • A pre advancement phase was performed with 10 aligners to improve maxillary and mandibular arches and start correction of crowding;
  • Teeth 1.7 and 2.7 were tipped lingual while 3.7 and 4.7 were tipped buccal, in order to correct scissors crossbite;
  • Vertical control was performed by intrusion of posterior teeth, and auto-rotation of mandible;
  • Cl I relationship was achieved by 4 sets of mandibular advancement (2mm each);
  • Torque control of upper and lower incisors was performed while retraction of anterior teeth;
  • Additional aligners were used to improve posterior intercuspation aimed by vertical elastics - nighttime wear.
