- Bilateral sequential distalization in the lower arch with intermaxillary elastics to control anchorage
- Alignments and turns have been corrected by increasing the space available for alignment by expanding the arches

- Used intermaxillary elastics to improve posterior occlusion contacts and also the shape of the upper central incisors with IPR and total diastema closure
