Comments
- We applied myofunctional therapy and myobrace before aligners. The overjet is reduced but still large, and posterior crossbite, rotation lateral incisors, spacing problems were not corrected by myobrace.
- Mandibular Advancement with the Precision Wings was very useful for overjet improvement. Arch expansion and dental alignment are simultaneous during MA phase.
- In the Additional Aligner phase, we applied class II elastics to maintain the molar and jaw relationship.
