Comments

-A pre advancement phase was performed with 10 aligners to improve maxillary and mandibular arches and start correction of crowding;
-Teeth 1.7 and 2.7 were tipped lingual while 3.7 and 4.7 were tipped buccal, in order to correct scisors crossbite;
-Vertical control was performed by intrusion of posterior teeth, and auto rotation of mandible;
-Cl I relationship was achieved by 4 sets of mandibular advancement (2mm each);
-Torque control of upper and lower incisors were performed while retraction of anterior teeth;
-Additional aligners were used to improve posterior intercuspation aimed by vertical elastics - night time wear.
