- For patients with this kind of facial type and missing lower second premolar already: I removed the upper first premolar. Do maximum anchorage of upper molars and retraction of the upper anterior teeth .
- Do upright and a small amount of mesial movement of lower molars
- Derotation and distal movement of the lower first premolar.
- Retraction and intrusion of lower anterior teeth to level Curve of Spee.
