Comments
- This patient started MA treatment when she was in her growth peak (CS 3 stage) and we got a good improvement for her mandibular advancement.
- From the cephalometric analysis, the change in ANB angle is from 7.8 ° to 2.2 ° and 4 mm longer in Co-Gn length.
- During the MA phase, we dealt with some difficulties of baby teeth falling off.
- In the additional aligner phase, we used deviation and vertical elastic to improve midline and occlusion.
