Comments
- The Class III malocclusion was corrected by #44 extraction and LL segmental distalization. Extraction of #44 also helped with lower midline correction.
- Class III elastics were worn to help with lower anterior retraction.
- Upper and lower midlines are coincident with each other after canine class I was established.
- This was initially a pre-surgical case; however, with the help of the features of the Invisalign system and patient's high compliance, the treatment was done orthodontically only.
