- This is a 4 premolars extraction with maximum anchorage to correct anterior procumbency and bimaxillary protrusion.
- Power arms were designed mesial and distal of the extraction sites for Class I elastics.
- Intrusion was planned over the lower anterior incisors to help level the curve of Spee and is also programmed over the lower molars to maintain vertical control.
