- Sequential distalization was done, associated with the use of Class II elastics at night time.
- The sagittal jump accounted for 20% of the sagittal correction.
- During the orthodontic treatment, the maxillary and mandibular dental arches were aligned, and maxillary and mandibular incisor inclinations were improved.
- Posterior crossbite correction was performed with the auxiliary use of 1/4 crossbite elastics for the first 30 stages of treatment, running from teeth 2.4 and 2.5 palatally to tooth 3.6 buccally at night time.
