Comments
- This patient had a mesiodens between 1.1 and 2.1 and had previously camouflage space by porcelain fuse to metal crown on the mesiodens.
- The crown became unesthetic appearance later and this mesiodens had been planned to be extracted.
- Treatment objectives were to close all spaces except the space of missing 3.6.
- We planned an opening for implant supported crown.
- Moreover, the incisal edges of 1.1 and 2.1 were worn apparently due to the bad bite at the anterior part before orthodontic treatment, so we planned for the restoration of 1.1 and 2.1 by dental veneer after finishing the Invisalign treatment.
- All spaces were closed successfully.
- The dental veneer on 1.1 2.1 and the implant-supported crown were installed before scanning for vivera retainer.
