Comments
- During the first phase, upper right sequential distalization didn't go well so the occlusion became open bite by occlusal interference.
- I put a TAD between #15 #16 with elastic to help distalization in AA1 and resolve the open-bite problem.
- We should note that during face 3 incisor's extraction, we did put attachments between the extraction site.
