- Upper arch distalization by 1 mm with bilateral IZC TADs to achieve solid molar and canine Class I.
- Space redistribution of upper anterior teeth to resolve diastema and to create space for peg laterals' further restoration.
- IPR of lower anterior teeth was performed to prevent black triangles and create space for lower incisors intrusion.
- One set of additional aligners was applied for minor space closure after teeth 1.2 and 2.2 permanent crown cementation.
- Due to the upper dental arch intrusion, the patient's mandible moves forward and counterclockwise rotation. It improved the patient's facial profile.
- All treatment goals: aesthetic smile, tight interproximal contacts, and harmonious arch forms were achieved.
