- The congenital missing tooth case is suitable for clear aligners because we can realign all the teeth in ClinCheck and it can be helpful to make the treatment plan.
- In this case, 41 was missing, so I extracted another lower incisor and two upper premolars to improve the profile and occlusion.
- In order to realize the Class I relationship, I designed some IPR in lower anterior teeth for the discrepancy in the Bolton ratio.
