Comments
- We expanded both arches, intruded upper incisors, intruded and flared lower 3-3 to reduce OB and OJ, bite ramps at upper 2-2 also supply good function to reduce OB.
- Severe rotation of lower central incisors ( 48.7°) were corrected without any attachments.
- The use of power chain at palatal bonded buttons of 1.6/1.7/2.6/2.7 helps to correct rotation of 1.7/2.7 ( 27.13°/ 23.84°);
