Comments
1. Initial planning involved aligning and leveling the crowded upper and lower anteriors and opening of the deep bite. Also, had to wait for eruption of Upper 2nd Premolars during the initial phase
2. Refinement was planned as a second phase, which involved predominant mandibular advancement using aligner wings. Mandibular advancement to correct the retruded mandible would cause the class 1 molars to land in class 3 relation, so lower molar distalisation compensate mandibular advancement was planned in refinement.
