Comments
1. Severe Crowding of Upper and Lower arches were de-crowded, leveled and aligned by gaining space by expansion. Significant amount of Molar Distalisation of 7 mm were achieved in uppers to convert the Class 2 Molar Relation to Class 1.
2. After completion of 1st phase, patient showed a mandibular retrusion. Thus on refinement phase, Mandibular advancement was achieved along with settling the occlusion to the advanced mandibular position.
