Comments
- Missing of lower canines made this case encountered Bolton's discrepancy problem.
- Lower first premolars were used as the canine substitution and IPR was performed in lower anterior part to correct Bolton's discrepancy and be able to achieve Class I relationship with normal overjet and overbite.
- Invisalign system is a good appliance for controlling anchorage, therefore distalization in upper arch to achieve Class I relationship position and lower posterior expansion to corrrect arch asymmetry and Brodie bite on the right side were done succesfully.
