- Space for alignment in the upper arch was gained by proclination of the upper incisors as well as arch expansion.
- Space in the lower arch was gained by proclination of the lower incisors and IPR in the lower anterior teeth.
- Conventional attachment was placed on the lower incisor to help with uprighting.
- G8 expansion support attachments were placed to help with upper and lower arch expansion.
- Slight over treatment in rotation was built in for upper central and lateral incisors. Arch expansion helped in improving the smile esthetics by reducing the buccal corridor space.
