Comments
- Expansion of the maxillary and mandibular arches to create space and induce proclination of the lower incisors.
- Class II elastic was used to arrange the upper incisors.
- This process resulted in a deep bite and improved class II relationship.
- At the end of the first set, we realized that the deep bite was still a bit lacking, so we created refinements. At the end of treatment, sufficient permanent tooth eruption space was achieved and fixed retainers were bonded to maintain the ideally aligned dentition.
- Thanks to Invisalign FIRST, the alignment and spacing of the teeth were achieved in a very short period of time. With the previous resin plate device, it would have taken a long time, and been difficult to achieve such favorable results.
- Even with braces, it was difficult to get enough space, so we thought that Invisalign was the best treatment for this case.
