- ClassIII incisors relationship and spacing btw 22 21 with a smile arc that was not consonant and she wanted a confident smile as chief complaint.
- Upper incisors 11 21 rotations and lower incisors 31 41 were labially displaced creating reduced overbite and Class III canine relationship bilaterally and Class III molar relationship.
- Overall displaced teeth created oral health and periodontal issues. However with regular scale clean and OHI TN progressed well throughout the treatment with aligners which makes dental hygiene practice simple.
- Most of her treatment time was during the lockdowns COVID with extensions in Victoria.
- Very compliant patient and was doing all to keep her dental and periodontal health well during the lockdowns.
