Comments
- Applying an asymmetric force differently to the right and left is a very complex technique. Invisalign system can apply this precisely in Clincheck software.
- In this treatment, when I created the Clincheck treatment plan, I created a cusp-to-cusp relationship on the right and a large buccal overjet on the left.
- By planning a differential movement of the molars on the left and right, I was able to achieve a good result.
- Despite the severe skeletal asymmetry, I was able to create a correct midline and stable molar occlusion.
- This did not require any TADs, TPAs, or other devices. Only the Invisalign treatment was sufficient.
