- I expanded and coordinated both arches through the de-rotation of molars.
- Between stages #22-27 in the pre-MA phase, buttons and elastics were used for extrusion of the upper canines.
- Attachments on the upper canines were not initially planned because of their high position and to avoid any fit or tracking issues.
- Although precision cuts were planned, no vertical elastics were used during the MA phase.
