Comments
- Expanding canine width to make space for 1.2 and 2.2
After securing the spaces around 1.2 and 2.2, alignment was performed. - At the end of the 1st set, there was still a strong contact on the anterior teeth.
- AA of 2nd set was fabricated. Six aligners were sufficient to eliminate the heavy contact in the anterior region. However, I ordered extra aligners for the heavy contact in the molars and dental midline correction.
- The patient had a hyper-divergent profile. In this case, molar occlusion was very important.
- Starting from the 7th aligner of the 2nd set, the patient wore unilateral Class III elastics, and after wearing all the appliances, a perfect midline was achieved.
