Comments
- The total amount of IPR planned resolved upper and lower anterior crowding and simultaneously we retracted upper and lower anterior teeth to correct the dental Bi-protrusion.
- IPR average of 0.4mm-0.5mm at mesial and distal of upper premolar,canines and incisors.
- IPR of 0.5mm at lower premolars, canines and lower incisors except at LL5, LL4, LL3 ( 0.7mm )
- Alignment and Retraction of upper and lower anterior helps us to achieve "relative extrusion" in order to close the anterior open bite. Once upper and lower anterior teeth are aligned we use optimized extrusion attachment for extrusion of UR2 and UL2.
- Optimized root control attachment was used for tooth UR1 for the tipping correction (from distal to mesial movement).
