Comments

  • Aesthetic Start in the lower arch from L1-L9. The purpose is to achieve partial alignment of lower anterior teeth in order to motivate the patient so during the course of lower distalisation from L9-L40 there is more compliance wearing full time 22 hours aligners and class III elastics.
  • Expansion of upper maxilla and simultaneous retraction of UL1.
  • Lower distalisation as main strategy technique in order to solve the dental class III molar and canine into class I molar and canine.
  • Precision cuts at UR6 and UL6 for Class III elastics.
  • Full time Class III and aligner wear during total treatment time.
  • Once the lower 2nd molars stop distalisation at stage 16, beveled attachment is placed at the buccal surface in order to avoid anchorage loss in the lower arch.
7.Once the lower 1st molars ,2nd and 1st premolars stop distalisation ...at that stage beveled attachment is placed at the buccal Surface in order to avoid anchorage loss in the lower arch.
